Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using NotifyStock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Service

NotifyStock helps Shopify merchants collect back-in-stock requests, preorder reservations, wishlist saves, and low-stock demand; send configured notifications; and review related analytics. NotifyStock does not replace Shopify checkout.

3. Account and Access

You need a valid Shopify store and account. You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your account.

4. Pricing and Billing

NotifyStock offers free and paid plans. Shopify handles recurring billing approval and charges. You can cancel through the app or Shopify admin. Plan limits reset each billing cycle, and provider charges such as Twilio fees may apply separately.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the app for spam, unlawful collection, fraud, service disruption, unauthorized access, or activity that violates privacy and communications laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Merchants are responsible for shopper consent, opt-out requests, and applicable data-protection obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its functionality, and documentation are owned by Nafran Pvt Ltd. Merchants receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for their Shopify store.

8. Warranty and Liability

The app is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. NotifyStock does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and limits indirect or consequential liability to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination and Changes

You can stop using the app by uninstalling it. Access may be suspended for violations. Significant policy changes will be communicated where required.
