From Store Owners (Merchants)
Store name and domain
Contact email address
Product and inventory information
Billing information (processed securely through Shopify)
From Store Customers (Subscribers)
Email address (for back-in-stock, preorder, wishlist, and related notifications)
Phone number (optional, for SMS notifications)
Browser push subscription identifier, if push notifications are enabled
Product, variant, preorder, wishlist, and notification preferences
Basic request metadata such as source page, browser, and IP address for security and diagnostics
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Capture and manage back-in-stock requests, preorder reservations, wishlist saves, and low-stock workflows
Send configured email, SMS, and push notifications when relevant events occur
Provide analytics and reports to store owners
Process billing and maintain your account

We do NOT:

4. Data Storage and Security

Our application is hosted on secure self-managed cloud infrastructure and uses PostgreSQL database storage with access controls and encrypted connections.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as you have an active account with us. When you uninstall the app:
Your account data is deleted within 30 days
Subscriber data is deleted within 30 days
Anonymous analytics may be retained for service improvement

Marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) - If integration is enabled by merchant
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it for the services we've authorized.

We use essential cookies and browser storage only for authentication, app functionality, and storefront widget state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
