NotifyStock provides Shopify storefront demand-capture tools, including back-in-stock alerts, preorder reservations, wishlist actions, low-stock messages, and related notification workflows. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

2. Information We Collect

From merchants we may collect store name and domain, contact email, product and inventory information, and billing state processed through Shopify. From shoppers we may collect email, optional phone number, browser-push subscription identifier, product and variant preferences, and basic security or diagnostic request metadata.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate demand workflows, send configured messages, provide merchant reports, maintain accounts, improve the service, and respond to support. We do not sell personal information, use shopper data to market our own products, or share data with other merchants.

4. Storage and Security

NotifyStock uses TLS transmission, database access controls, authentication and authorization controls, and restricted operational access. Application data is stored in PostgreSQL on controlled cloud infrastructure.

5. Retention

Data is retained while the account is active. Account and subscriber data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days after uninstall, while anonymous service analytics may be retained.

6. Your Rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Contact [email protected] to exercise a privacy right.

7. Service Providers

NotifyStock may use Shopify, Resend, Twilio, OneSignal, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp only where needed for app functionality or where the merchant enables the integration.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, app functionality, and storefront widget state. We do not use advertising cookies.
