Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using NotifyStock ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

NotifyStock is a Shopify app that helps merchants capture and manage storefront demand. The App allows store owners to:

• Collect back-in-stock requests from customers interested in out-of-stock products
• Capture preorder reservations and customer follow-up details
• Let shoppers save wishlist items and help merchants review saved-product demand
• Display configurable low-stock messages based on merchant settings
• Send configured email, SMS, and push notifications through supported providers
• Analyze demand, notification, preorder, wishlist, and low-stock performance

NotifyStock does not replace Shopify checkout. Any product purchase, paid preorder, or order payment must be completed through Shopify or another merchant-authorized Shopify checkout flow.

3. Account and Access

To use the App, you must have a valid Shopify store and account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing and Billing

NotifyStock offers both free and paid plans. Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Charges are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• You may cancel at any time through the App or Shopify admin
• Refunds are handled according to Shopify's refund policy
• Plan limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• SMS carrier or provider costs may apply through the merchant's connected SMS provider

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for spam or unsolicited communications
• Collect or store data beyond what is needed for the app's demand-capture and notification workflows
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use the App for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from customers before collecting their information
• Honoring opt-out requests from your customers
• Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, functionality, and documentation, is owned by Nafran Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for your Shopify store.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of significant changes.
