Does this charge the customer at checkout?
Current public wording is intentionally reservation-focused. Paid preorder checkout should only be claimed after full Shopify order/payment behavior is implemented.
Can offers be customized?
Yes. NotifyStock has admin surfaces for offer rules, availability display, and customer-facing widget copy.
